We start slowly educating on all the foods you probably didn't know about or how important they are. We will teach you what foods to eat, what to not eat, and what to avoid entirely. a quick hint, too many ingredients and ingredients sounding chemcially, is usually something you want to stay away from. If you want processed foods stick to the ones that say organic while still being conscious to read the nutrition labels. Just because it's organic does not mean it is good for you. it probably isn't organic but our version of organic. be careful and make it all yourself. this applies mostly to those who need to fix themselves. a healthy body will be able to tolerate toxins. a body trying to get healthy must stick to what is only good for them.
